Job summary

A well-established independent practice in Gloucester seeks an Optometrist to join their team. This fantastic opportunity offers a flexible working schedule of 4 days a week, providing ample time for patient consultations in a friendly and clinically focused environment. The ideal candidate is a qualified Optometrist, registered with the GOC, who is patient-focused and enjoys being part of a small, dedicated team. Competitive salary of £55-65K DOE and additional benefits are included.

• Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practice.
• Wants to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Working 4 days a week which can be flexible around you.
• Spend plenty of time with patients (30-40 mins each).
• Manage myopia and conduct 30-minute testing.

Optometrist - Role

• Independent Opticians which is very well established in the area
• Clinically focused practice
• Excellent patient reviews
• Directors who are constantly investing and developing the practice
• 30 minute tests
• Digital retinal photography
• Plenty of time to spend with patients 30-40 mins
• Myopia management
• CUES
• Working 4 days a week which can be flexible around you
• 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Sat)
• Salary between 55-65K DOE, Pro rata
• Bonus scheme

• 22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
