About the Role

Your typical day will involve screening patients, coaching and training team members, and maintaining departmental standards.

We provide extensive training and CPD opportunities, including funded accreditations, to help you meet evolving eye care needs. Support is available from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical or service-related queries.

About You

You will be a fully qualified optometrist registered with GOCA, with NHS registration, and accredited with MECs or WECs (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months). You should be passionate about developing new patient services and creating a positive customer experience.
