Job description

An advanced independent Opticians based in West Mersea, Essex are looking for an Optometrist to join the team, working 4 or 5 days a week.

With access to leading technology and no pressures of conversion targets etc, you can truly offer the patient exactly what they require.You would be surrounded by a highly qualified team with years of experience between them to also assist you on the day-to-day.

Optometrist - Role

• Well established practice - Over 30 years in the area
• Single testing room
• Professional and personalised service
• Modern High End Environment
• 50 minute sight tests
• Industry leading equipment - Topcon Maestro2 OCT, Tono Vera, Henson 9000, Optix PMS, Thomson Test chart software
• Involvement in MECS, Glaucoma and Pre/Post Cataract
• Paediatric clinics
• Contact lens work
• Working 4 or 5 days a week including a Sat - 9am to 5pm
• Salary between £55,000 to £65,000
• 1 hour lunch
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Professional fees paid
• No Sundays or Bank holidays
• Closed between Christmas and New Year
• Support with further training and accreditations in the future
