Role Overview

Due to our extended service contracts with the NHS, we are committed to providing a wide range of care for the treatment and monitoring of minor eye conditions. Your typical day will involve screening patients, coaching and training the wider team, and maintaining departmental standards.

We are passionate about developing our Optometrists through comprehensive training, CPD programs, and funded accreditations to meet evolving eye care needs. You will be supported by in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.

About You

You should be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with NHS performance registration or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months. You should meet the statutory CPD points requirement, be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, and be eager to develop new patient services. Working alongside an Optical Manager, you will help create an environment of clinical and operational excellence, supporting coaching, training, and service development.
