Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve daily life for people with disabilities.

They are looking to recruit an exceptional individual for their team of successful Field Sales Managers. This full-time, permanent position is home-office based with travel.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing; optician or optometrist background is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent people skills including negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently with little supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with elderly and people with special needs
  • Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales in the UK
  • Manage relationships with resellers, opticians, and clinics
  • Promote awareness within the low vision ecosystem by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate the product to opticians and potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device use, benefits, and value
  • Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings
Measurement of Success
  • Achieve sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly
