Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence to assist the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

They are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to join their team of successful Field Sales Managers. This is a full-time, permanent position based remotely with travel requirements.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing; optician or optometrist background is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with effective time management
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with elderly and individuals with special needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales within the UK
  • Manage relationships with resellers, opticians, and clinics
  • Increase awareness in the low vision ecosystem through collaborations with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate products to opticians and potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value to users and organizations
  • Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings and calls
Measurement of Success
  • Achieve sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Receive positive feedback from partners and customers
