You will be supported by our Home Office teams and Area Managers, receiving regular updates and feedback. Your responsibilities include managing optometrists and assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales and targets, and handling customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and the shop floor to meet customer needs.

Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team. Organisation and effective time management are crucial due to the fast-paced nature of the role.
