Our unique fixed-price approach means no up-selling, with transparent pricing for all glasses and lenses. You'll be supported by the Home Office teams and Area Managers, receiving regular updates and feedback.

Your responsibilities include managing the optical team, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales and targets, handling customer queries, managing clinic operations, and coaching your team. Organisation and time management are key due to the fast-paced nature of this role.

About You

• Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
• On track to meet CPD points requirements
• Confident in coaching and leadership
