Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire optical department operations.
• Lead and develop your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
• Review sales forecasts and department targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide high-quality patient care.
• Manage clinic operations and shop floor processes.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with GOC.
• On track to meet CPD points requirements.
• Confident coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organized with effective time management.
