We're looking for an experienced and motivated Optical Lab Manager to take the lead in keeping our busy lab running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating structure, supporting a team, and making sure every detail is just right.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the optical lab.
• Leading and supporting your team so they feel confident and motivated.
