Flame Health Optometry in Sheffield is seeking an Optical Dispensing Manager to lead dispensing across 3 practices. You will drive performance and KPIs while improving processes and efficiencies in each clinic.

Additionally, you will develop marketing and customer engagement strategies to ensure every patient receives a first-class eye examination, experience and aftercare. Salary around £30k DOE with a generous benefits package.

Flame Health Optometry is currently looking to recruit an Optical Dispensing Manager to join this well-established, family friendly, independent Opticians, in the Sheffield area.

You will manage dispensing acriss 3x practices and be responsible for managing the performance and implementing KPI's together with imporoving process and efficiencies in each practice.

You will also be responsible for improving marketing and customer engagement and ensure that each customer receives a first-class eye examination, overall experience and aftercare.
