Optical Assistant - Monday to Friday, Manchester, Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

My Client, one of the leading Optical Domiciliary Companies, is looking to recruit a full-time experienced Optical Assistant to work within Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a Monday to Friday role (no weekends required). You will be supporting the optometrist and carrying out a full dispense visiting patients in Care Homes and patients' own homes. Some days you will be required to work on your own to carry out fittings and aftercare. It is vital you have a sympathetic approach and empathy as most patients are elderly and some may be unwell. You will be expected to cover a radius of up to 50 miles from your home postcode. NB. You must be a confident driver and have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years.
