Specsavers in Cowley is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in store, delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with dispensing.

Experience in optics or audiology helps, along with basic terminology; full-time role up to 40 hours per week, including weekends, with ample training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service in-store.
• Assist with product selection and dispensing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day store operations.
