We are hiring for multiple roles at both practice in South-West Wales:

• Full-time (part-time considered) Dispensing Optician/Assistant and Practice Manager at Narberth (Pembrokeshire)

When you join our team you will be taken through a bespoke training process as well as an ongoing review system to keep your training and development on track.

As a dispensing optician or dispensing assistant, you will be working with our dedicated team of optometrists, exploring all the patients’ needs; giving clear recommendations for life enhancing products and services, benefitting and enabling them to make informed decisions. As an optical assistant, your responsibilities will consist of booking appointments, preparing clinics, updating the records, organising the recall system and other admin duties. You will also be trained in more customer facing dispensing jobs such as frame selection, replenishing frame stocks, and how to dispense basic lenses, fit new spectacles, undertake frame repairs and check in spectacles.

You will be joining a team of individuals that have a genuine passion for their work. How we make our patients feel is just as important as what we do.
