Job Overview

Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit an Optical Advisor for an independent, family-run practice in Norwich. The role offers a salary from 28k, with bonus schemes available throughout the year, and would suit someone seeking a personalised practice environment with a loyal mixture of NHS and private patients.

The position is ideally full time, although part-time applications will be considered. Saturday availability each week is required, with no late-night working.

About the Job

Working within a two-testing-room practice alongside one clinician and an existing Dispensing Optician Manager, you will support patients with their optical needs and contribute to the delivery of friendly, individualised care. The patient base includes long-standing NHS and private patients, creating a varied workload and an opportunity to build trusted relationships.

The practice provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, OCT and Ortho-K services, alongside wider vision care for patients of all ages.
