Anglian Water Services in Lincoln is seeking an Ops Services Dispatcher to schedule field work and coordinate with customers and technicians. The role requires managing shifts across multiple teams and ensuring tasks are completed to deliver excellent service.

Our Ops Services Dispatchers are based in the following teams:
Water Networks
Working hours: Between 07:00 and 21:30 Monday to Sunday on a shift rota
Water Recycling Networks
Working hours: Between 07:00 and 21:30 Monday to Sunday on a shift rota
Water Recycling Operations
Working hours: Between 06:30 and 21:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday 06:30 to 16:15 on a shift rota
Water Supply
Working hours: Shifts vary between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday on a 5 week rotation
You will be responsible for effectively scheduling work to our field resources. Your role will involve taking charge of the scheduling for your assigned area, ensuring all necessary work is completed. Additionally, you will actively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and technicians, to optimise operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
