A growing educational tech startup is looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to join their team. The role involves managing various administrative tasks, coordinating events, and supporting new staff onboarding. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar role and excellent communication skills. This hybrid position allows for collaboration with colleagues globally while based in London.
We are looking for a proactive and super organised Operations Assistant to join a young, passionate and dynamic team at a growing educational tech start up. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive and self-motivated. The team are spread internationally so whilst you will work with colleagues in London you also have to build and nurture relationships with those working globally. As the business is growing there is lots of scope for this role to evolve too. Duties will include but not be limited to:
The right person will have a minimum of 2 years PA/EA or operations experience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident and mature outlook is important and an ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously is key. This role would suit someone tech savvy, driven and forward thinking. This role is hybrid, and the offices are near Liverpool Street.
