About the Team

The Opportunity Management (OM) Team is a global bid & proposal management function that partners with sales and wider teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. We provide end-to-end bid and proposal management, leveraging global insights and best practices to support various pursuits.

About the Role

The Opportunity Coordinator supports the team in delivering effective proposal and bid support. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with responses to large RFPs, supporting across the service portfolio, managing questionnaires, and legal reviews.
  • Supporting the OMT outside of bids with foundational tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

As a member of the global OM Team, you will participate in development activities, contribute to content updates, and support sales enablement initiatives.

In this role you can expect to:
  • Assist with large RFPs, including questionnaire completion, legal coordination, sourcing assets, and portal management.
  • Support administrative activities like maintaining trackers and document management.
Support the team with tasks like:
  • Maintaining reference libraries, handling queries, liaising with content teams, and supporting the win/loss analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in support/coordination roles within bidding or sales environments.
  • Experience with customer questionnaires and project management.
  • Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and appropriate use of AI tools.
  • Strong time management, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
