Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with NHS postgraduate medical training systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Specialty’s Regional Training Programme.
• Address trainee/trainer concerns and equity of access.
• Lead recruitment to ophthalmology training posts and programmes.
• Manage postgraduate programme activities including assessments, progression, rotations, support and remediation, and academic training.
