Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and Band 7/leadership experience.
• Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent leadership development.
• Experience in ophthalmology or eye clinic settings preferred; training may be provided.

• Plan and manage daily/weekly schedules with leadership responsibilities.
• Supervise nursing staff and allocate care per staff competency and patient needs.
• Ensure adherence to NMC Code and evidence-based practice; lead rostering and staff wellbeing.
• Procurement and maintenance of ward assets; manage budgets and resources.
• Provide professional nursing leadership, supervision, and clinical advice.
