Job description

We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly and busy Ophthalmology department.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer care service.

The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Being the first point of contact for patients arriving for appointments or surgery.
  2. Booking emergency appointments.
  3. Processing emergency referrals.
  4. Scanning documents.
  5. Processing emails.
  6. Answering the telephone.
  7. Catching up with clinics daily.
