World Courier in Belfast is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join the Cross Dock Centre team. The role involves unloading inbound vehicles, sorting orders, and transferring products to dispatch areas with a focus on safety and accuracy.

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of stock handling, inventory movement and transaction records.

Responsabilidades

• Unload inbound trunk vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Reload outbound trunk vehicles accurately according to procedures.
• Transfer products to designated dispatch areas.
• Sort and distribute customer orders to correct routes/locations.
• Ensure trays, bins, and goods are stored and handled properly.
• Follow verification procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain health, safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Identify and report damaged stock or discrepancies.

You will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately sorted, handled, and distributed to the correct routes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
