Alliance Healthcare in Belfast is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Cross Dock Centre team. You will unload and reload inbound/outbound vehicles, transfer products to dispatch areas, and sort orders for accurate routing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse support, strong numerical and literacy skills, and a focus on safety and quality. This full-time role offers comprehensive training and development within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trunk vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Reload outbound trunk vehicles accurately and in line with operational procedures.
• Transfer products safely to designated dispatch areas.
• Sort and distribute customer orders to the correct routes and locations.
• Ensure trays, bins, and products are stored and handled correctly.
• Follow all checking and verification procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, security, and housekeeping.
• Identify, report, and follow procedures relating to damaged products and stock discrepancies.
