Job description

To operate process plant and equipment efficiently to maximise process output. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance site efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, waste materials, and control the 7 Wastes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage process accuracy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with KPIs.
  • Ensure safe operation of plant and equipment, and maintain good housekeeping controls.
  • Maintain stock control, location accuracy, and conduct perpetual inventory counts.
  • Monitor accuracy and organisation during loading and unloading procedures for all inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
  • Ensure hazardous materials are stored according to HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with Transport partners, Customer Services, and other Supply Chain staff to monitor and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to group HSE standards and conduct risk assessments.
  • Implement 6S lean techniques to optimise the NDC environment and efficiency.

Working hours:

The normal working week is 42 hours, including 2 hours of paid breaks, from Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, and Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
