Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a manufacturing operator to support production lines. You will operate and monitor machines, inspect parts for quality, and follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

You will interpret drawings and use measuring tools to ensure specifications are met. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet good quality standards and specifications according to the feature charts.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and be confident using measuring equipment
• Report all faults, defects and safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems.
