PRODUCTION OPERATOR – SPRAY DRYING
Thirsk, United Kingdom

Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of spray drying and reaction processes, working with high-quality ingredients to produce over 900 flavors. This role requires strong problem-solving skills across various production processes.

Salary: Basic salary is £27,607. Including a 30% shift premium, the total salary is £35,889.

Shifts: 24 hours, 7 days a week | 4 days on, 4 days off | 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely delivery of spray dried powders, reactions, and pastes, packed and palletized according to process requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the team to execute weekly production plans.
  3. Achieve KPIs and develop personal competencies.
  4. Maintain safety and food safety standards at all times for yourself, colleagues, and the work environment.
  5. Report plant and system breakdowns promptly.
  6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the working environment.
