Job summary

Job description

Overview

PE Global is currently recruiting for an Operation Technician for a leading multi-national Animal Health client based in Speke. This is a temporary contract position. 10-hour days (7am-5pm), 5 days on, 5 days off.

Responsibilities

• Safe and cGMP compliant operation of the production plants (chemical plant)
• Complying with cGMP requirements by following SOPs and accurately documenting activities.
• Carry out specified testing to improve the process yield and quality.
• Include planned and breakdown maintenance to comply with GMP/safety and environmental requirements and to ensure equipment performance and process continuity are maintained
• Complete records e.g., BPRs, raise requisitions, work requests accurately and in a timely fashion
• Assisting installation and upgrading of plant equipment. Assist the development of operating procedures.
• Operate and maintain in accordance with safe operating procedures.
• Use process control systems. Use business systems to support admin tasks (CMMS, Outlook Express etc.). Complete SAP transitions to Class A standards.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (A-C, including Maths and English)
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
• FLT Licence
