Salary - £25,500 - £26,500

Main purpose of job:

The primary function is to manage all the ‘day to day’ non-hazardous waste inputs to the Invergordon and Evanton sites, carry out ‘value add’ segregation where appropriate, and prepare material for dispatch.

The role

Site Operations:

  • The job holder will be responsible for the receipt of waste, materials handling, sorting, preparing, and dispatch.
  • Competency in the operation of all site equipment for material handling.
  • Carry out daily checks on all equipment and organize maintenance/repairs via yard supervisor where required.
  • Segregation of waste materials to add value to the business where appropriate.
  • Follow and promote Tradebe’s SHEQ PROUD initiative at the site.
  • As a direct interface to both customers and suppliers, deliver exemplary levels of service and customer care in line with Tradebe’s corporate values.
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping at the Invergordon and Evanton sites.
  • Coordinate with the HWS Operations Team to plan deliveries and collections to ensure efficient site operation and minimal stock levels.
  • Ensure all paperwork for materials leaving the site is fully completed to the standards required by Tradebe and suppliers.
  • Provide cover where required at either the Invergordon or Evanton sites.
