Job description

Reverse Line/Warranty Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Warranty Line Operative in our services logistics warehouse. You will support our customers by claiming warranties with all vendors within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in administration, warehouse management systems (SAP), and familiarity with web portals is highly desirable. To succeed, you should be a great team player, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to focus on serial number and asset tracking throughout the warehouse process. You will work with the wider team to process and claim warranties for vendors such as HP, Lenovo, and Dell.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 (37.5 hours/week)

Salary: Competitive (TBC)

Main Responsibilities
  1. Processing components and devices on SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM
  2. Updating SAP records
  3. Coordinating with courier partners
  4. Checking warranty status on vendor web portals
  5. Raising RMAs and claiming warranties, considering financial implications
  6. Working with third-party suppliers for warranty claims
  7. Dispatching warranty parts back to vendors
  8. Maintaining warranty management database
  9. Managing SLW database and error handling
  10. Ensuring SLA compliance and managing queries within SLA
  11. Using Excel for reporting purposes
  12. Maintaining serial number and asset tracking accuracy
  13. Producing delivery notes and courier labels
  14. Meeting Personal Performance Targets (PPT)
  15. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
