Westmill, part of Associated British Foods plc, is seeking a flexible Production Operator to support multiple departments on a PM shift (15:00-23:00). You will ensure line efficiency, uphold health and safety, and maintain quality standards across the Noodle, Spices and Retorts lines.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment, stock control knowledge, and basic hygiene practices are valued. The role offers varied duties across departments and opportunities to contribute to a busy production

To meet the requirements of the production plan whilst maintaining health and safety, quality and food safety standards. To carry out duties in all departments, across all shifts. These include retail line operation, packing station in Noodle, Spices and Retorts.
It is a key element that this role is fully flexible , both in roles and departments in which they work, hours that are worked and shift pattern. This role contains work at speed and requires a diligent person prepared to take responsibility for the product that they are packing. This role will be based on our PM shift (15:00-23:00).
