Ready to lead a buzzing leisure and fitness business where people and positive energy come first? If you're passionate about creating vibrant spaces and delivering unforgettable customer experiences, this could be your next big move. My client runs a fast-growing and fun-focused business across London, from Chelsea to Clapham, offering dynamic health and fitness activities that keep guests coming back for more. They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to lead their teams, elevate performance, and champion a people-first culture. If you are from the leisure space OR the hospitality space, my client would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Overseeing multiple leisure sites across London, with a focus on engagement, energy, and efficiency
  2. Leading and developing a passionate, high-performing team who love what they do
  3. Driving a positive customer experience through top-tier service and a vibrant atmosphere
  4. Ensuring each site runs smoothly, from staffing and stock to health and safety and customer flow
  5. Working closely with senior leadership on growth plans, new openings, and operational strategy
  6. Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improve, and inject fun into everything we do

What We’re Looking For

  1. A background in multi-site management in leisure, hospitality, fitness, or food retail
  2. A hands-on leader who thrives on people, positivity, and operational excellence
