About the role
As a Specialist Operational Trainer, you will deliver and design specialist training (New Starter, MHE, Food Safety, H&S) within our Ocado Zoom sites (Leyton and Acton). You'll support the development of Zoom Managers through train-the-trainer programs and individual coaching. Ensuring training, processes, and documentation comply with legislation, Health and Safety regulations, and operational standards is key. You'll also monitor, evaluate, and support the effectiveness of training to drive business performance.
