The Operations Technician – Process is responsible for the safe, cGMP-compliant operation of the Animal Health production plants. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring safe operation and adherence to health, environmental, and safety standards.
2. Operating the plant according to procedures and in compliance with Quality and cGMP requirements.
3. Participating in performance management and personal development.
4. Completing cGMP and business activities like housekeeping, logbook entries, and SAP transactions.
5. Meeting production goals related to volume, efficiency, quality, cycle times, and losses.
6. Engaging in quality, compliance, and EH&S processes, including incident reporting and safety meetings.
7. Performing testing, inspections, and checks to improve process yield and quality.
8. Carrying out maintenance to ensure equipment performance and process continuity.

Preferences include:

• Forklift truck license
• Experience in process operations or related field (preferred but not essential)
