Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5Hours per week, working 5 out of the 7 days and alternate weekends
Salary: Starting from £11.44(Ages under 19: £9.14) with the ability to earn more through experience and gaining qualifications such as Forklift, First Aid and RAMA (AMTRA)

What it takes to be a Operations Team Member at Mole Valley Farmers:
The operations team is the engine of the operation ensuring inventory is always accurate so that customers are confident that they get the product they want when they shop with us. You endeavour to achieve maximum availability through maintaining the stock file through accuracy, attention to detail and a confidence to challenge. You will present a branch to the customer that we are all proud to be a part of, delivering a branch where visual merchandising and presentation standards exceeds customer and company expectation.
What you will be doing:
You will deliver exceptional levels of customer service through the maintenance of the store stock file, product availability and display. From loading goods into customer’s vehicles and checking deliveries, to working in the office serving customers on the tills, you’ll play an important part in the successful operation of the store. You’ll also be checking stock rotation and maintaining the yard and compound layout.
Please note, due to the nature of our products, this position will involve regular manual handling and heavy lifting (weights of up to 25kg).
