Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of production and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of production and distribution staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production and distribution processes.
- Monitor and analyze production and distribution data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and resolve any operational issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential production and distribution issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain inventory levels and track materials usage to ensure timely production and distribution.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and promote a positive work culture.
- Create and maintain production and distribution reports for management review.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment. This Includes Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results Through Effective Communication, Delegation, And Decision-Making.
- Knowledge Of Production Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Equipment Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues, As Well As Identify Opportunities For Process Improvements.
- Analytical Skills: As An Operation Team Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Production Data, Identifying Trends, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Efficiency And Productivity.
