Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of production and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team of production and distribution staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production and distribution processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production and distribution data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and resolve any operational issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential production and distribution issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track materials usage to ensure timely production and distribution.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and promote a positive work culture.
  • Create and maintain production and distribution reports for management review.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment. This Includes Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results Through Effective Communication, Delegation, And Decision-Making.
  • Knowledge Of Production Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Equipment Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues, As Well As Identify Opportunities For Process Improvements.
