Role Overview:

This is an operational role requiring 90% service and 10% office work, servicing three sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Support site teams, General Managers, and Head Chefs to enhance service and operational standards.
  • Conduct site visits, coaching, quality audits, and compliance checks.
  • Promote food and beverage quality, atmosphere, cleanliness, and guest service across all locations.
  • Manage mystery guest programs, monitor customer feedback, and provide training to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Licensing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multisite management, quality control, or senior operational support in premium hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, calm, and proactive.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Employment standards.
  • Passion for quality food, drink, and service.
