Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Value Creation: Lead the development and execution of tailored value creation strategies that achieve measurable financial and operational benefits, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Tactical Execution & Project Management: Manage and deliver tactical projects in transport, warehousing, and control tower operations, utilizing data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for value creation initiatives, fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gain Share Model Implementation: Define and execute projects under a gain share model, establishing KPIs and metrics to measure outcomes and documenting results to demonstrate ROI and enhance customer trust.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operational teams and strategic stakeholders, coordinating with IT and procurement teams to implement technology solutions and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
