Operations Support Manager - Monday-Friday - 07:30-17:00 - 37.5 Hours Per Week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Support Manager to lead and supervise all operations teams across your business function. Coach, motivate, and develop your Hire Desk Managers to enable them to deliver Service Excellence to both internal and external customers. Lead by example by embedding a positive culture of continuous improvement. Measure and monitor operational procedures to minimise risk and cost to Speedy, ensuring process improvements and procedures are followed in line with the accuracy of all product/service transactions to drive overall revenue and margin.

To support your success, here's what you will need:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team, demonstrating influencing and persuasive skills, and gaining stakeholder buy-in
  • Proven ability to monitor SLAs and KPIs to facilitate improvements
  • Strong coaching and development skills for team members
  • Leadership and support skills for employees
  • Ability to review and improve the Balance Scorecards/business function dashboards
  • Self-motivated and conscientious
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proven customer service excellence with internal and external customers
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Experience with Axapta, On-Guard, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to prioritise workload, especially under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Previous experience in the hire industry
