To support the Operations Management team in administrative and clerical duties as directed. You will be a key asset the Operations Manager in assisting with the smooth delivery of front line operations and recording data as required.
1. Assist the management team in administering externally contracted services to comply with internal standards and policies. The core activities are outlined below :
2. On behalf of the management team maintain, co-ordinate and process audit documentation as necessary to comply with internal standards and policies.
3. Maintain local databases of property and hazard defect reports and assist in seeing these to a prompt conclusion.
4. Provide administration support for compliance activities as directed by the management team and attend meetings as invited in order to produce timely true and accurate records of proceedings.
5. As required and in line with company policies assist with the ordering and distribution of supplies and equipment for operational personnel enabling staff to undertake their duties.
