About the Role

This is your opportunity to join a FTSE 100 global technology group that’s delivering consecutive years of growth while making the world a safer, cleaner, and healthier place. Our client works on life-changing projects across health, safety, and environmental sectors — and is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to join its digitally-driven transformation journey.

As part of a dynamic operations team, you'll take ownership of the operations stream across enterprise systems and play a key role in driving process improvements, managing stakeholders, and enhancing service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day operational support across core enterprise platforms (HR, Finance, ERP, integrations)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally, managing escalations and communication flows
  • Optimise service performance using tools like Power BI and Excel
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the product roadmap
  • Build strong vendor relationships and help uphold service standards

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, ideally in a global setting
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and escalations
  • Confident with service operations, performance reporting, and process analysis
  • Background in supporting business systems such as ERP, HR, or Finance platforms
  • ITIL or Lean/Six Sigma exposure (desirable but not essential)

What’s in It for You?

Join a company that’s not just growing, but leading positive change through innovation. They offer real progression opportunities — whether that’s toward Operations Management, Architecture, or the Project/BA route.
