The Opportunity
We re working with a growing and fast-paced business involved in the distribution of specialist products across the UK. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, they are now seeking a Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to help strengthen their supply chain and operational processes as the business continues to scale.

The Role
This is a varied and commercially important role where you ll manage procurement, stock levels, and logistics from end to end. Your focus will be on improving efficiencies, driving down costs, and ensuring that the right products reach the right place at the right time all while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, stock control, and delivery coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement

  • Analyse operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to refine systems and boost overall performance

  • Monitor demand trends to support accurate forecasting and balanced inventory levels

  • Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance supply chain performance

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant external guidelines

What We re Looking For

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a fast-moving or product-driven environment

  • Excellent analytical abilities and confident working with supply chain or ERP software

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A proactive communicator with good negotiation skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • A qualification in supply chain, logistics, operations or similar would be beneficial
