Join the exciting launch of a new Pop-Up Store in Bicester Village, with plans to become permanent in 2026. We're hiring an Operations Supervisor (back of house) with 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion (WRTW/MRTW).

Responsibilities

• Report to the Store Manager
• Support the management team with all back-of-house operations
• Receiving and processing all deliveries and returns
• Quality control
• Store administrations and reports
• Provide training and support to the sales team
• Stock replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and manage stock flow
• Liaise with company logistics and distribution

About You

• 2+ years\' experience in premium/luxury fashion as a back of house/ operations supervisor or SNR Stock Controller
• Confident with time management
• Very organised with high retail standards
• Aware of health and safety measures
• Physically strong to lift heavy boxes
• Most have initiative and drive operational solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
