Overview

As an Operations Supervisor you will monitor KPI`s and performance of the team, delegate workloads and ensure subcontract costs are kept to a minimum.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor KPI`s and performance of the team, delegate workloads and ensure subcontract costs are kept to a minimum.
  • Support the Operations Manager by supervising a team of Clerical staff, Operatives and Drivers (who are mostly self-employed), and help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost & service levels, with damages kept to a minimum.
  • Assist the Manager with keeping the team motivated, treating employees consistently and fairly.
  • Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

Working hours and salary

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:30-18:00 hours (with a 30 minute unpaid break)

Salary: £15.86 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.
