Role Purpose:

Provide High quality supervisor of direct labour and subcontract workforce on the
Northamptonshire Street Lighting PFI contract

What you'll be doing

Your accountabilities will include:

  • Accountability for operational performance of workforce and supply chain
  • Line manager responsibility for direct labour workforce.
  • Uncompromising approach to Zero Harm and Right First Time
  • Ensure workforce is effectively resourced.
  • Setting team to work with effective briefings and stand down sessions.
  • Engagement with supply chain partners and ensure safe and effective deployment on the network.
  • Provide visible on-site leadership and carry out regular Safety, Quality &
    Environment inspections.
  • Ensure that all Non-Conformances are reported as required.

Who we're looking for

Requirements Include:

  • Experienced in the Supervision of Operational teams
  • Experience of works in a live highway environment
  • Solution orientated individual
  • SSSTS
  • Full UK Driving licence
