Overview: Gopuff is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Operations Supervisor plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. The role is a core part of the store leadership team, responsible for ensuring order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers. Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading: Showing the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example, and being responsible for the shift. Training new team members and being confident in processes and products.
• Picking and packing: Accurately picking and packing items for dispatch to customers.
• Drivers and riders: Acting as the point of contact for drivers on shift and working with them to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
• Issue resolution: Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Goods in/out: Receiving products from vendors, ensuring counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolving discrepancies.
• Stock management: Putting away products, conducting cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock items, managing waste, and ensuring compliance, including our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
• Warehouse management: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and a space you can be proud of.

About You:

• Experience working in a restaurant, dark store, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
• Flexible and available during peak hours (5 pm - 4:30 am).
