We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Working hours:

40 per week

Shift Schedule:

Monday 02:30-11:00, Tuesday-Friday 04:00-12:30 (30 min unpaid break)

Salary:

£15.86 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Motivating and treating all team members fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Ensuring your team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
