Overview:

Gopuff is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Operations Supervisor plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a core part of the store leadership team, responsible for ensuring order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to our customers. Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading: Show the warehouse team how it’s done, lead by example, and be responsible for your shift. Train new team members and be confident in processes and products.
2. Picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers.
3. Drivers and riders: Be the point of contact for drivers on shift and collaborate to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
4. Issue resolution: Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
5. Goods in/out: Receive products from vendors, ensure physical counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
6. Stock management: Store products in inventory locations, conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock items, manage waste and compliance, and oversee partnership with TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse management: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and a space you can be proud of.

About You:

• Experience working in a restaurant, dark store, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible and available during peak hours (5 pm - 4:30 am).
