A prominent cultural organization in Edinburgh is seeking a senior member for its Development team. This role focuses on optimizing CRM systems, conducting prospect research, and ensuring effective financial oversight. The successful candidate will need substantial experience in fundraising operations, CRM management, and strategic data analysis. The position offers a competitive salary of £46,471 - £52,169, with hybrid working options and generous benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.

We are looking for an analytical, innovative, driven and methodical problem solver to join our Development team. This role sits within the Museum’s Development Team, supporting a team of fundraisers to build philanthropic relationships, corporate partnerships and run National Museums Scotland’s Membership programme. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Development and be a senior member of the Development team. The post holder will bring experience and knowledge of best practice across the full Development Operations function, including CRM and supporter insight, prospect research, and financial reconciliation and reporting. They will be excited by the opportunity to embed new ways of working within the Development team and to contribute to National Museums Scotland mission.
Location: Chambers Street — Hybrid / 3 days a week on site
Hours: 35 hours per week (Full Time; 0.8 FTE considered)
Salary: £46,471 - £52,169 per year
