An established industry player is looking for an Operations Standards Manager to join their Operational Management team. This role involves ensuring the competence and standards of operational personnel, conducting training, and performing post-incident investigations. GB Railfreight are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Operational Management team at Hoo Junction, as an Operations Standards Manager (OSM).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the competence and standards of operational personnel in the East region. To do this there will be the requirement to carry out training and assessments, to ensure all staff within their remit are competent to carry out their duties.
Additionally, a strong level of flexibilty will be required to professionally carry out post-incident investigations, utilising technical skills and experience to produce detailed reports and analysis, ensuring compliance with GBRf standards, customer standards and wider industry standards.
