A premier events venue in London is seeking a part-time Operations Staffing Co-ordinator to support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks. This role involves efficient rota scheduling and contributing to a smooth venue operation. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and a background in operational roles, particularly in events or hospitality.
Are you looking for a part-time administrative role? We are recruiting for an Operations Staffing Co-ordinator to join our team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, an iconic events venue in London’s Covent Garden.
As the Operations Staffing Co-ordinator you will support the Operations Manager & People and Culture team for our busy events venue with key administrative and operational tasks.
Your main focus will be on the efficient rota scheduling of our team. You will assist in drafting rota schedules for our team and temporary agency staff based on business needs, ensuring all shifts are covered, contracted hours are fulfilled, and agency costs are minimised. However the role will also involve supporting with other administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the venue and the retention of our valued colleagues in the team.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week during the day, although these could be worked over 3 - 5 days per week to suit you and your other life commitments.
